I just moved to Qualicum beach from England and went to try your establishment with my wife. I have to say the food was incredible and even though the place was very busy the service was just outstanding. I suggest Fishtales to anyone who wants to have a good meal with prompt friendly service. Thank you so much we will be back!

We had the great pleasure of dining at Fish Tales Cafe during our October 2006 trip to our favorite place to visit. Vancouver Island. Kam, John and Jennifer give true meaning to being perfect hosts. Fantastic dinner (both nights...), wonderful service, the best hostess in the business. We loved it and we'll go back any time we are near Qualicum. Best fish and chips I ever ate, and everything else we tried was great too. For those who like generous portions of non-greasy, crispy fried fish, don't miss it. I also had grilled salmon which was deeeelicious, and my buddy had prawns that were equally good. Great dinners both nights we were in the area - thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

I've lived here on Vancouver Island for over 10 years now and I have yet to see the quality of food and presentation surpass Fishtales Cafe. The people that work at Fishtales are friendly, prompt and are a delight to see on a weekly basis. You'll definately get more bang for your buck as well. A must stop if your in Qualicum Beach!
